NAME FIELD:

  • GAME NAME ($500|$5) = ($500 TOP PAYOUT  AND $5 BOTTOM PAYOUT

CATEGORY FIELD:

  • SMART TABS; a traditional pull-tab that can be dispensed from any standard pull-tab dispensing machine. The "Smart Tab" is printed with a unique barcode located behind the perforated pull off, next to the game symbols. A motorized "Smart Tab" reader (similar to a bill validator) is attached to each pull-tab dispensing machine. The player inserts the winning pull-tab into the "Smart Tab" reader.  Reading the unique barcode the winning amount is credited to the dispensing machine, and the player is now ready to dispense tickets for the additional play. In a typical deal of pull-tabs, the "Smart Tab" tickets account for approximately 95% of the winning tickets and will save 300+ trips to the till for cash to reimburse winning players. The "Smart Tab" ticket will reduce the time commitment from the bartenders and servers, reduce the number of small bills that need counting during the machine audit PLUS players can quickly and easily redeem winning tickets for more play. Smart Tabs are available in a standard 3-window size and offer a "Single" or "Three" window perforated pull option. Each game comes with a corresponding "flare" or poster, which displays the winning combinations of symbols or numbers.
  • PULL TABS; multi-layered paper tickets containing symbols hidden behind perforated tabs. The object of the ticket is to open the perforated windows on the ticket and reveal a winning combination. Pull Tabs are available in a standard 3-window size and come with a corresponding "flare" or poster, which displays the winning combinations of symbols or numbers.
  • JAR TICKETS; are small paper games of chance. They are sold as ticket bundles. Jar-tickets come with a corresponding "flare" or poster, which displays the winning combinations of symbols or numbers.

CODE FIELD:

  • EXAMPLE $2-TICKET|$500T|$5B|3-PULL, in this example the $2-TICKET is the players cost for each ticket, the $500T is the value of the top prize offered in the game, the $5B is the value of the bottom prize. Last, the 3-PULL indicates the number of perforated windows on each game card.

FORM FIELD:

  • The form name is the legal identifier indicating the name of the game and the payout structure of the game.

BRAND FIELD:

  • The name of the manufacturer.

STATUS FIELD:

  • In Stock; the product in either our West Fargo or Bismarck warehouse and is ready to ship immediately.
  • Limited Stock (4WK LEAD), the product in either our West Fargo or Bismarck warehouse but is limited to the "Quantity Displayed" the system will allow you to place the order for any quantity even if it's higher then what is available in inventory. The available quantity will ship immediately and the additional quantity if greater will ship in approximately four weeks.
  • Pre-order (6WK LEAD), this is for any new quarter games or any custom games or payouts available. The order will ship in approximately six weeks.
  • Closing Game, Limited Stock, often reduced pricing this status indicates inventory that has a limited quantity available. An example is sometimes "Seasonal" game designs might not be available during certain times of the year, so they are closed out before the last quarter of that season.
